Here's a little sneak peek:
My Dallas trip was lovely. Evan came down with me for the weekend, which made it even better as he often cannot travel with me when I travel for work, so I tried not to work much when he was there so that we could enjoy more touristy things. The day we arrived we went to Dealey Plaza for the 6th floor museum to see where JFK was shot. It so happened to be exactly one week before the 50th anniversary. Then that evening we went over to The Church for my performance that night. I had a shoot the next day, but I met up again with Evan that evening for the 2nd night of the Dallas Fetish Ball, where he was actually part of my performance playing the Big Bad Wolf on stage for my Little Red Riding Hood act. It was great to have him be part of it. I was also part of the Vital Vein Fashion Show that night with some of my model friends, which made it extra fun. Angela Ryan and I got to pillow fight on stage as the closing of our fashion show performance. Feathers galore! Here are some photos from my performances.
Once I returned, it was back to rehearsing for this season's The Slutcracker: A Burlesque, which opened at the Somerville Theater the weekend after Thanksgiving. We've had 5 shows so far and 13 more to go before the end of the season. If you're in the area, I highly recommend you come witness this burlesque ballet spectacle. Tickets can be bought at www.theslutcracker.com.
I'll leave you with that for now...as I have to jump off the computer. More updates to be posted soon!
